Don't get me wrong I actually think that is the yang symbol the reason why is because naruto has those black gloves that reach his knuckles, just like in his original RSM which do look the symbols do look very similar . However I don't know about yin seal. It's hard to tell but if it is true then would make me happy lol.

I think this is the most BS thing happen in Naruto series. If he really had Yin and Yang seal in the movie, he should already use it to defeat Momoshiki.

All this years we get a numbers of made up stories/moments done by other parties(SP/Ikemoto) who managed Naruto series where it contradicted each others(manga/movie).

And here we're needed to believe that he still have Yang seal and also Yin.

NB members can be very naive if not stupid.
