Filler is an events that never happen in manga. If those flashbacks happen in manga it consider as canon.
Hagoromo was showing to learned SM with Gamamaru can be consider as filler story as manga never shown it. Sure Gamamaru's name being mentioned in manga but the events that occurred in anime where he involved in not happen in the manga
Even Databook not saying anything about Gamamaru taught Hagoromo SM
If that's not canon because it wasn't in the manga then nothing is, judging by the fact that it is a story being told in the canon anime by black zetsu.
You might aswell just stop watching the anime altogether since manga is the only thing considered canon.

Yeah sure, if one author starting his story writing and drawing career from Manga, all thinga inside that manga is a canon materials and not anime.
DBSuper is anime based story mean all thing in there considered as canon materials and not the manga especially if DBS manga adding a story that not related to anime story line.
And FYI I never watched anime at all after year 2010, just reading manga. I watched Rosario+Vampire, DBZ, Negima some of it

Flashback of Kaguya story/history should be done by Kishi and through manga first and not SP and anime. He can make a spin off manga.
But bcus it done by SP and we never know if Kishi involve or not, this FB can be consider as non-canon story(canon story - Manga).
Databook facts need to be consider also and DB can nullify any filler story of Kaguya.

No, when he uses RSM he has the BSM eye pattern, it's another version of Sage Mode therefore he still requires NE to activate it

Madara never had/unlocked RSM( Six Path Sage Mode/ Rikudo Sennin Modo)!!!!
Madara had Rikudo Senjutsu..
Rikudo Sennin Modo (RSM) ≠ Rikudo Senjutsu (RS)
RSM comes from having Rikudo chakra and going into SM and was a gift from Hagoromo.. Naruto's RSM is independent of the bijuu..
RS comes from being JJ thus RS is dependent on the bijuu or the Juubi specifically..
The two having similar abilities doesn't make them the same
You don't need the bijuu or the juubi to have RSM
You need the bijuu or juubi for RS
OT: I think all SM would have still resulted in RSM for Hagoromo anyways.. just probably a few different abilities
