The explosion radius caused damage to both his Susano'o and the Naruto's Kyuubi avatar. He was using Susano'o as a vessel, if the vessel gets destroyed or suffers damage and its unable to keep it stable, same thing happens to the chakra that was absorbed to the vessel.

Sasuke lost the advantage when Naruto got NE rivaling Sasukes power. You seriously underestimate Six Paths Senjutsu.

Plus the bijuu chakra went into the Susanoo which got destroyed, not Sasukes body. He cant handle that much power directly.

He didn't even absorb all of the bijuu chakra. and how would u know what Bijuu PS could withstood? Indras Arrow was stalemated because those rasenshurikens were enhanced by a tremendous amount of natural energy and we all know Wind>Lightning
