Confirmed: Sasuke got Mokuton.

I made a thread that Sasuke would be able to use Mokuton but the majority of you said he won't simply due to Sasuke not having Suiton and Doton, But since Sasuke is awakened the Rinn'gan.

I still think it isn't required since Madara never showed us Suiton or Doton. But anyways due to Hashirama cells + Rinn'gan It's pretty much confirmed that Sasuke would be able to use Mokuton sooner or later.

Firstly, just because one has Rinnegan and because of that is able to control all Five Basic Nature Transformations (Fire, Wind, Water, Earth and Lightning release) this doesn't mean that such person is able to merge 2 or more Nature Transformations to form a new one, such as fusing Water and Earth to create the Wood Release. Such nature transformation is only available for those who possess it's Bloodline Limit, namely the Senju's Bloodline (more particularly Hashirama's cells, since he was the only one to have this power).

Secondly, if Sasuke was to attain this power, it would only be because him receiving Hashirama's cells from Kabuto. It wouldn't have anything to do with the Rinnegan.

Thirdly, doesn't seem like Sasuke will attain the Wood Release because this power is "known" as being part of the "body" from the parallel Sage's body =/= Sage's eyes. Plus, Madara clearly stated that Sasuke only has the Sage's Visual Prowess. Naruto has the body or how Madara called it "Hagoromo's sage mode".
