You might be right about the different hand seals. However, I wonder how did you come into the conclusion that Tsunade/Sakura Yin seal jutsus are Yin Release jutsus? Is it because of the name "Yin Seal"?

And I can't see what are you trying to say by comparing it to Tsunade/Sakura.

1. Yin Seal jutsus make more sense if they are Yang Release because they are restoration techniques (particularly Souzou Saisei and Byakugou no Jutsu), that can breath life into new cells.

2. Hand seals are used to control chakra. Other shinobis also use them. So there is nothing special in what Tsunade and Sakura do.

I get it though that you are saying that Sasuke's Rinnegan jutsu is Yin Release jutsu.

Also, there is no such thing as "Yin affinity" of "Yang affinity" I think.

He can use it 3 times in a row without resting (from what we've seen)
He hasn't used it when someone is in contact with him eg kaguya, black zetsu (maybe he can but we haven't seen otherwise yet)

Tsunade's ability doesn't necessarily breath life into cells, it recreates the body parts. It could be very different from what Naruto is using. Naruto said he uses existing cells to grow what has been missed with his own life energy. Tsunade's tech might recreate lost form from the body by taking advantage of what's already there as life energy on her body. The technique itself might also be sealed with a Yin seal to be activated and needs a tiger seal which releases that specific Yin seal. Oh there is, you are confusing it with Natures, there is not such a thing as Yin natures I think. Remember part 1 when Kakashi said Sakura has an affinity for genjutsu and Yin I think ? We never got to see that in action except dispelling a sleep genjutsu

While it may be true that he cant spam with it, since its OP jutsu and obviously takes a lot of chakra, he surely can use it a couple times in a row when hes fully rested and it doesnt take him much of time to be able to use it again.

I think you are misinterpreting my words. The point is he can't use it continuously like Hiraishin he obviously needs rest. Or as you interpreted he can't Spam it
