[CONFIRMED] Sasuke base is > Base Naruto (speed)

I posted this in another similar thread about the same thing.

They are on top of Hashirama's statue for sure. Yes Sasuke made it much farther than Naruto Because he is already powered up with his Rinnegan and also he has in the past always been quick to move. You have to remember though that Naruto has not powered up yet and we have all seen in the manga his speed when he is powered up. He is faster than the third Raikage. Once Naruto turns on the heat they are both equal in speed and Naruto may even be slightly faster powered up but we will see. Ultimately it will come down to who has the strongest will to win in the end since they are pretty much on equal levels. It has been said that Sasuke has gotten use to his Rinnegan and is more powerful but there is no telling if Naruto is in the same boat and just has not shown it yet such as switching to an avatar like Ashura's since he has the chakra of all TB's.

lol, this is based off the roundness of the surface...and the assumption that they started at the same time, SMH. Is it too far out of reality that Sasuke started first since he is clearly the aggressor in this confrontation. He wants to kill his opponent but his opponent wants to talk it out. Just maybe..Sasuke wanted to cut the TnJ short and attacked first.
