As far as anything else goes, Naruto was concerned about everyone....not just her. He's not a 1D character like her and doesn't only think of one person, he wants to help everyone. Also, he is connected to all of them....he knew Shikamaru was hurt without being there and his will to save him and everyone was so great he started unconsciously healing them. Unless this is elaborated on, i don't get why everyone jumps on the NH moment bandwagon......
