It can't be her natural, because everything about Chakra appeared after she's eaten the fruit. Both Byakugan and Sharingan are the products of the fruit. Manga fact.

Also, all the similartites you've mentioned are irrelevant. Sasuke and Naruto are the incarnations of Indra and Ashura not because of their bloodlines, their inheritance or something else, but because they share the same personality as Indra and Ashura. Obito was similar to Naruto, and had Sharingan. It doesn't make him incarnation of anyone.

Some noob shinobis can fear her, but lets be honest: how many professional shinobis would fear some teenage girl just becuase shes a Hyuuga? Hinata has no fame in the ninja world. Kaguya was feared as an individuall by literally everyone, becuase she was so strong.

At this point , Hinata is not feared, not at all, tho she has shown bravery and a confidence boost, that's for sure. Kishi decided to bring the Byakugan back, I'm sure this means a bigger role for Hinata. Its not that hard to understand this manga

but see this is the thing, naruto doesn't look like ashura while hinata does look like her (kaguya). Traditional hyuuga outfits is exactly what kaguya is wearing and it isn't for the war, she would be dressed the same.

Neji was feared by everyone in part 1, even the jounin knew not to mess with him, hinata is just the same as him.

Reincarnation, no. But it is interesting;and this was probably done on purpose. That the first Uchiha and Senju (Ashura and Indra) are males, and their struggle has been fought by men (Madara and Hashirama down to Naruto and Sasuke) throughout the centuries. With Kaguya being a female ancestor (and probably progenitor of the byakugan), for Hinata to be the representative of Kaguya's chakra and or will in this century makes sense in a way. It's probably why Kishi killed off Neji (who was male) despite his genius ability, in favor of Hinata.
