Confirmation on Boruto's abilities

He learned the Shuriken Jutsu.

He does manage to make a full sized rasengan himself as well

If Boruto learn the shuriken jutsu why does he later on use the bracelet to do it?

The clip shows Naruto adding chakra to his tiny resengan..

He doesn't believe in himself. I guess at that point he just relied on the device almost as second nature to impress Naruto.

Before that fight, it says he learned how to ricochet his Shuriken (like how Itachi did it with his eyes closed).

I'm talking about this:

At the end of the Movie, Boruto makes a normal sized Rasesngan by himself.

This scene happens at the end of the movie, "when Team Konoahmaru is written into the new Team 7", and he eventually makes a normal sized one by himself. It shows that he at least changed his ways ... We should of seen one fight with him using everything he had..
