This guy shows how insecure he is about what's filler and what is not every-time he makes a thread.

Being confident myself i can say the entire boruto manga is canon end of story.

^this, it's ****in filler just accept it 123filler, why do you try so hard?
Childhood insecurities, traumas etc. He doesn't have the mental capacity to understand, that until said otherwise (not by him but the author in the Manga or elsewhere) the anime is filler, 1 Arc ain't changing that.

Like I said, one is a location, the other is actual events. Raiga and his Kiba swords being made canon doesn't mean the fillers he appeared in are, but this is directly referencing the anime's events.

There's a lot more than that to distinguish the two tbh. Like the simple fact that Ukyo is working on both versions of Bolt. Though it's whatever at this point. The authors themselves give no damns about filler/canon, even Kishimoto has made filler content canon.
He didn't really go into detail, just said it was nice.

Hard to say what, but 123filler thinking the Anime canon is a joke

why thank you

but hopefully that means some people won't continually rant filler in threads anymore
I wouldn't be so hopeful, but doesn't matter when you know you're right.

That scan pretty much proves that the anime is in current continuity of the series, and both the manga and anime seem to reference each other's events back and forth, which leads me to belive that the new generation is just a whole new project, and like Lady Byakugan keeps saying, Kodachi is working on both, and Kishi seems to be a major supervisor for both.

Pretty much sealed it for me.

Referencing the concept or ideas from the fillers is commonly used to implement into the manga but it's still filler since the event is non-existent. However this is the first time the manga is willingly align the continiuty that took place in the Anime which is further evident upon the OP/ED and the novelization that the Anime story is more or less fits with the canon storyline.

I don't think anyone will get shocked. This is what basically we have been saying. The anime needs Manga validation and it is incredible how with this post you just gave us all reason to what we have been saying for weeks.

The Manga validates everything that happens in the anime and thank you for finally agreeing with this 123fire and showing that you were in fact insecure.

Manga validates = Canon
Manga doesn't validate = Filler

It is simple and you also agree.

We are finally at peace.

Anyway, both manga and anime are enjoyable so lets just stick to it.

People saying the entire Anime is canon when Boruto only referenced the Field Trip :|

SP retconned the entire Gaiden, and they will probably double-retcon the Boruto Movie.

You could argue that there's a possibility for their self made Arc to be canon if its referenced or approved by Kishimoto, but to say the entire thing is Canon.

Nah

He basically just mentions the field trip, so that in fact took place, everything else is..

To be fair, the Boruto manga did retcon the Movie so I don't think it makes much difference with Gaiden especially considering it's only a spinoff as it's own independent platform and not part of the Boruto manga . Point being is that each medium platform serves as its own continuity so if you look at bigger perspective, everything is canon.

The Field Trip isn't a mere concept like the Hozuki Castle or Raiga but rather it is the event that something occurred in the plot which in this case, the manga tries to fit and align the continuity with the Anime. After seeing the OP/ED, the Novelization and Kishi ideas to implemented the card games to stack onto; I am honestly convinced that this hidden mist arc is more or less canon.

I can agree that the Mist Arc is approved, but the entire Anime being approved because Boruto referenced the Anime fieldtrip is questionable

I don't trust SP with characterization tbh
