I have trouble sleeping in the dark..everytime i close my eyes i get the feeling that some 1 is standing in front of me and if i focus on something in darkness it becomes a Horrible creature...AAAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....then i turn on my mobile only to find that there is no creature over there.
i fall asleep when my brain or eyes are strained.Example i goto bed at 10 and i slpeed at 3 or 4.Yesterday i bougth a 8-LED single torch and now i can goto sleep without worrying....
