Part 3
This is the story about a love triangle between Naruto, Hinata, and Sakura. Naruto is in love with Hinata. But doesn't think he can sum up the courage to ask her out. Sakura, is in love with Naruto, and confesses to him before he can confess to Hinata. This sending him into a frenzy. His old love for Sakura trying to re-kindle itself inside his heart. But he doesn't want it to be like that. Naruto doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. And he doesn't want to hurt his own. In the end will Naruto pick the right girl for him?
It took a while for Hinata to say anything. All I could feel and hear was the rapid beat of my heart. It was so hard waiting for her to finally utter something. In the end though, it was worth it.
"O-of course Naruto." Her face blushed as she spoke. And suddenly my world became so much brighter. A new chapter was revealing itself in my life. I couldn't wait, I was going to make her the happiest woman in the world, and she was going to make me the happiest man as well.
I couldn't help but reach down and wrap my arms around her waist and lifting her up off the ground."I'm so so so glad!"I really was. Everything I had felt before, all the worry and sadness, was gone. It was like Sakura hadn't confessed her love to me. Deep down though, I knew she would be sad, and I hated myself for making her feel that way.
Hinata giggled, hugging me close to herself. The soft cushioning of her chest nuzzled my face. I blushed. She was so bold! "I was waiting forever for you to ask me that!"
Those words shocked me for some reason. It was like she knew I was going to. Hm..Guess I'll have a little chat with Ino later. I thought, placing my beautiful girlfriend on the ground.
"Is that so?"I raised my brows, curious, but only faining it.
She nodded, taking hold of my hand and entwining our fingers together. Her hand was warm in mine, slightly shaky as well. It didn't bother me none, mostly because mine was shaking along with hers'. That made me laugh. Hinata, giving me a strange look, asked, "What;s so funny?" Her voice was sweet, coating my body in a shiver of love.
"Oh nothing really..~" I shrugged, smirking. She nudged my shoulder and I repeated the motion back.
"Should we get going?" She looked at me with a questioning gaze.
I nodded, walking us forward and up another set of stairs. I was half surprised to see Neji walking in the opposite direction we were walking. Neji still had the same old long brown hair. Same lavender eyes that Hinata had. Which I thought was weird now. Looking into his eyes would be like looking into her eyes. Oh well,I thought, waving at Neji with my free hand.
He gave us a strange look, his familiar eyes looking at our folded hands. Neji's eyes then traveled over to mine, from there his eyes took on a rather..I don't know. I couldn't really tell how he felt. He was good at that.
"Hello Neji." Hinata spoke in sort of a hushed tone, but it could still be heard be the people who were standing around us and walking by. They didn't seem to be paying attention.
"Hello Hinata," He nodded his head in her direction, then looked at me continuing,"Naruto." I could just make out a soft smile touching his lips. A rare sight.
"Hey Neji. Time for your match already?" I squeezed Hinata's hand, she returned it.
"Yea, I was just headed down. But that's not important. What's important is, what are you doing holding her hand?" He looked right at me while he spoke, never blinking. So intense.
I hesitated for a moment. Would he approve? Would he go tell her father? Would their relationship be over before it even started? There was only one why to find out. "Well, you see.." I was interrupted by Hinata speaking over me. Saving me from any glare that would come my way.
"Naruto and I are dating cousin. We...l-love each other. So if you d-disapprove of our relationship, that's too bad, because I'm not leaving him." She was shaking along with her words. Her fingers became sweaty from nervousness, I just clenched my hand in hers' and hoped for the best.
Neji seemed taken aback by her words. His eyes widening and mouth coming down to form a deep frown. As I stared at him, waiting for his response, I was urging him to approve.
"Is that right?" He finally said, looking at Hinata for the moment before switching his piercing gaze over to me. I gulped, nervous as can be. "I wish you luck with your relationship. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a match to win." He walked around us, a secret smile tainting his lips.
Hinata and I looked at each other in astonishment and then just laughed. We were just glad he approved. It meant a lot more to Hinata for his approval than anything. I guess this was the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
I leaned in then, placing a soft kiss to my love's forehead. She squeaked and blushed, turning away from me. She was so cute when she did that. Then again, Hinata was none for blushing when she was embarrassed. I scratched the back of my head and laughed. We stayed like that for a long time, never moving, just laughing on and on.

Pretty short chapter if you ask me... :/ I didn't really like Part 3. There wasn't much to it. I promise I shall get really going in Part 4! And then the plot shall thicken!! Muhahaha! Y'know the drill though! Leave your feedback and comments down below my fans!
