As most can see urashiki haves a rinn-sharingan and I got a little theory on how he might have got it. I am think he may have encountered kaguya somewhere in the past and stole her powers which is way she needed a army to fight them seeing how it was a 3-1 situation and one of them can stole powers. We seen him steal two people powers so far in gaara an mitsuki with his fishing rod thing lol, and he used gaara sand against him plus he also used a portal type justu similar to kaguya not sure if he got that from her though hopefully we get a back story to shed some light on this and how he got it.
