Except nobody would want to follow him, not after killing their beloved kage, the people would rebel, and we're back at square 1. Remember, the kage are good leaders, it's not like they're cruel, corrupt autocrats, so if he kills the kage, people will be reeeaaalllly pissed at him. He'd never succeed.

The problem is they'll revolt, they'll be ****ing pissed and they'll do whatever they can to make sure he doesn't become leader, so we end up having a war and we're back to square 1 with literally nothing accomplished except more lost lives. That's why I think if Sasuke wants to have a role like the one he desires, it should be similar to Danzo's doing things from the shadows and absorbing their hate that way, rather than being in the limelight and creating a horrible atmosphere for people to live in.

I honestly don't think the kage are no good like you say. And the thing is this war has been a catalyst for change, and Sasuke's totally ignored it. The kage are actually working together, the kage are learning to accept their differences and trying to team up and be one, I mean that's what the shinobi alliance is about, right? Yet Sasuke is totally blind to that or just doesn't wan to accept the change they're trying to make.

To me, it just seems totally counter-productive, he's not going to accomplish anything, he's going to piss off the people, which is a HUGE no-no if you ever want to be a leader, and he's going to incite another war with his bullshit and we'll have gotten nowhere.

No one can step up to Sasuke other than Naruto, and if Sasuke goes on and kills Naruto then that's it.
