So, finally guys i get a reason that why kishimoto shows us that sasuke has a potential to surpass madara.....
Reason is that whenever kishi shows that type of drama then that there will naruto always solos someone....
see this kishi purposely shows sasuke's content in manga 639-640
then kishi showed us naruto's power up's in later mangas 642-645:

Guys believe me that naruto will be on so6p level or higher in nxt manga's....if you want to know about how can naruto will surpass So6p thats the prove:
By using that power of Bijuus:
Q) if someone thinks that naruto already used that chakra
A) Naruto didnt use that chakra because if he used that chakra then why didnt he became just like a So6p or juubito
Q) If someone thinks that why will naruto become like So6p if he had only partial chakra of other bijuus?
A) Answer is that if juubi could come into existence without the full power of 8 and 9 tails then its also possible that naruto will become like a So6p by having a yin and yang chakra of 9 tails and portion of other tailed beasts
Everyone knows that 9tails is the most strongest Tailed beast after Juubi.
