Concerning Toneri and the Tenseigan!!

Why do you think Toneri is NOT playable in Naruto Storm 4 game? The game features these characters from the movie "the Last": Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata, Hanabi and Sakura ... YET with no trace of Toneri!! The only possible reason behind this omission is that Toneri himself— or at least the powers attributed to his Tenseigan— are NOT canon, and need to be reconsidered.
Gudoudama (Truth-Seeking Balls) are shown to be specific to the ones who possess the Juubi/nine Bijuu' chakra. Also, the ability to control Gravitational forces is the power that the Rinnegan grants its users through the Deva Path (Tendo). The only jutsus which are original to the Tenseigan in that movie so far are the Golden Wheel and Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion.
Feel free to prove me wrong.

I do agree though about the Tenseigan abilities being reconsidered.
