[Question] Concerning Private/Personal Messages

I noticed that the menu bar now labels private messages as personal messages. Does this mean that we no longer have an expectation of privacy in our PM's? The link leads to a /private.php still, and it still says private in other areas.

The privacy policy of PM's have not changed with the new theme no. PM's are private til they are reported by the receiver, then a copy of the PM is sent to the report section where staff can read the message.
