Concentration problems

When I read manga or watch anime I have a problem concentrating on the place I should be lookin at

I just cannot look at it overall


Example: there is a scan of obito

The way I see it is I either look at his face ir bidy

I have that same problem with tsunade. My eyes always seem to focus on them jugs

thats what happens if u keep ur mobiles or tabs close to your eyes ... sit far from them
