Alright, moving on.
Proceed to form the handseals of Rat → Rabbit → Dog, and then inhale air, building up Wind chakra.
Then exhale in the form of several small blasts of Wind aimed in all directions.

I begin by gathering my wind chakra as I perform the Rat → Rabbit → Dog, I then inhale a deep breath of air and infuse it with my wind chakra. I then exhale, shooting out several small but highly condensed bursts of air from my mouth. By manipulating the wind with my chakra I can keep these 'bullets' highly condensed allowing them to fly towards my target with an increased speed and penetration power.
It can be used very effectively to zone/direct my target into another jutsu, possibly made by my clones. They can also be used to disable certain limbs of my target it I hit their shoulder or knee.

Mid range goes pretty far, so about 5-15 meters, also Wind of this capacity tends to travel fairly fast.
If you look at the picture, it's a good arc of around 180 degrees, so any Lightning attack can also be dissuaded and your enemy would be forced you a wide range fire move as a result. This has pretty sharp cutting capabilities too, and work as bullets. Target the vital areas, as always.

I direct the arcs of wind in such a fashion that my targets get pushed up into the air, on top of getting cut by the wind.
This would be a good jutsu to use if my opponent is a squad or if an individual starts to pester me with clones. On their way back down I could have another jutsu waiting for them such as earth spikes. (Didn't ask for it but gave this to you anyway xd)

One of the most old school combos I have is using this with Fire Style: Intense Pain. Aim it over your opponents' head and combine it with this move. It should be hot enough to burn the area around him to lava.

I thought I asked that O_O
Anyway I was going to ask if it went straight or horizontal/vertical.
I release the blade in a horizontal direction, aiming to cut your clone in half across his mid-chest. Defensively this could be used to force the opponent away from my by aiming it in a direction that they would have to avoid or defend against.
:sy: Defensively, if aimed in the middle of a Water bullet, due to the shape of the bullet, you could cut it in half and basically disrupt it. The remaining water will be split on both sides, resulting in a huge blast of water that can hide you for a moment. :|

After quickly inhaling I perform the Bird hand seal where I then release a huge stream of wind that I force out using my wind chakra to keep the pressure constant. As I release it combine it with dust to make it impossible to see through, as I aim it at your clone. The dust would allow me to easily conceal kunai or shuriken in the stream leaving an extra damage factor that he would not notice.
Other wise I would use this to against the ground near my target to kick up even more dust, taking my opponents sense of sight out of the equation (unless they are a dojutu user >_>) effectively blanketing the area in dust. If I followed up with a clone attack from mutliple directions the target would not be able to see where the attacks are coming from.

Excellent response. Also, the pressure of this jutsu should be fast enough to decimate your opponents if they get caught within it.
Alright, this next move is straight-forward. Now, build pressure within your body once again with your Fuuton Chakra. The proceed to launch it, controlled carefully in a large, explosive bullet of wind chakra. Should be strong enough to go into long range. O_O

I begin by gathering my wind chakra as I inhale a breath of air. I add more chakra to it until I have pressurised it immensely, where I then release it all at once in a huge bullet of wind. I carefully keep the mass of wind in this rough bullet size and use the pressure I built up to propel the wind right out to a group of trees in long range, exploding with them on contact. The released wind is enough to uproot the trees and push most of them over O__O
It's long range, can wreck summoned animals real well. O_O
Now, proceed to wave your hand, sending your Wind chakra into it to create multiple blades of Wind to strike my clone.
