Completing Suiton with Ushiro

I start by attacking the dummy with a series of punches and kicks, and then with the final blow I smash the dummy into the air, I then gather my raw chakra throughout my entire body and I then mold the gathered raw chakra into water release chakra, Afterwards I channel the water chakra in my hand, I then swing it towards the dummy, and release the chakra, the water chakra then takes on the form of a crescent shaped blade of water which I then manipulate to slice him in half.

Excellent. With this set we start the b-ranks! For the last c-rank i want you to focus suiton chakra into the air above you and condense the water vapor, converting it from gas to liquid. Then form several water projectiles and shoot them at your target. The projectiles should be launched with great speed so they can deal a good amount of physical damage. Try it on a dummy. After that gather suiton chakra in your hand and wave it, releasing the chakra as several small water projectiles at a different dummy. It's a variation of the same jutsu.

The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Focus suiton chakra at a certain position and covert the chakra there into a column of spinning water before giving it the shape of a snake with its mouth wide open. You may manipulate the water snake, allowing you to move it towards your target and change its direction if you need to. Once it has reached its target it should swallow them and become a river that carries them away. Try it on these clones

It would crash down on them and spread water across the ground which you may direct to an extent. You could also make the water disappear entirely whenever you need to. Try it on these clones and remember that if you don't summon the water at least 10 meters above your target, t won't do much harm to them.

The water would spread in the form of a wave and cover the landscape with water as well as your enemies. By standing on the water near the front of the wave you may ride it towards your target. Get rid of these clones while i get to a safe place.

Even if they are damaged, you can use the water around them to regenerate the sharks. Also remember that while using this technique you must maintain a contact with the water. The water should also have the property of slowly draining the chakra of whoever is in the water created from this technique. Here are more clones to get rid of.

Not bad. Now you need to take out a sword and channel suiton chakra into it. Then simply jump into the air and stab the ground with the sword, sending the chakra through the ground around you. A pillar of water should be created that bursts up around you and would knock away whoever is near you. Try it on these clones.

Then direct the water towards your target, causing the water to cascade and wash away everything in its path. It is even powerful enough to hollow out the ground when it's used. Destroy a part of this forest.

What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.

I start by gathering my raw chakra and I then mold the gathered raw chakra into dense water release chakra while also performing the Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird hand seals and I them channel the water chakra into the large water source and manipulate it to surge upwards several dozen meters high as a spiraling vortex, I then direct the water towards the nearby forest and cause the water to cascade and wash away everything in its path.
