This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. Thenormal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

First of all, perform the Tiger handseal and create a clone of yourself by shaping the water into your image. It only holds a small portion of your chakra so it can only perform water jutsu up to c-rank. Also keep in mind that if the clone travels further than short range from you it will turn back into water. Try it out and have it move around so i know it's stable.

Next, send suiton chakra to certain points in the water and pressurize the water there. Then have the water spin and shoot towards your target with enough power to pierce him. Find a dummy near the lake to try it on.

I start by gathering my chakra throughout my entire body and then mold the gathered raw chakra into water release chakra while also performing the Tiger handseal, and then by keeping the image of myself in my mind I then release the water chakra and create a clone of myself, I then manipulate the clone by making him run towards you while also throwing a kunai.

Ok, now perform the Ram, Horse, and Bird handseals. Then send water chakra into a nearby water source and manipulate the water into a spinning water vortex that can be used for attack or defence. Control it to block my clone's attack and strike him.

Descripton: The user will wave the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and utilize water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

Next, clap your hands together while sending water chakra into the air around you. Then use the chakra to materialize a spiraling vortex of water around you which you should make burst outwards as a wave that you can direct towards your target with hand movements. Get rid of these clones with it.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.

Alright, now perform the Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, and Snake handseals before sending suiton chakra throughout the sky and creating rainclouds. The rain falling from the clouds should be infused with your chakra which you will have connected to your senses, allowing you to detect the chakra of someone the rain falls on. Try it out. Stop the rain whenever you want with a handseal.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

For this one perform the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse, and Hare handseals. Then hold your hands out towards a target close to you while near a source of water. Use your suiton chakra to engulf your target in a sphere of water dense enough that your target can't move and will eventually drown. However, to maintain this jutsu one of your hands must be inside of the orb. Try it on this clone.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Now i want you to focus suiton chakra throughout your entire body and simply transform yourself into water. In water form you avoid taking most forms of physical damage and can move as a puddle but can't really do anything else until you reform. Try it out and hurry.

Next, gather suiton chakra in your stomach and create water from it. Then bring this water to your mouth and release it at once as a huge sphere of water used to strike your target and cover the area with water. Try it on my clone.

The chakra should materialize water in the form of a jet that is pressurized enough to cut through whatever it hits. Though the jet rips through the ground as it travels, it surges above the ground as well. Try it on a dummy.

When that's done you need to manipulate any water in the ground and make it rise into the air. You should be able to control the water similarly to how Gaara controls his sand which gives this technique it's versatility. It's main use is to surround targets with water and drown them. Try it on these clones.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

After performing the required handseals simply channel suiton chakra in a certain area on the ground and produce a large amount of water from there. You should then direct the flow of the water where you want it to go while controlling the extent at which the water spreads.
