Naruto would of been better if he Kishimoto expanded on not only Fuuton, but gave him another element. Aside from Rasengan(s), but gave him actual elemental techniques. Such as; Maybe making a tornado or two, hurricane, etc.,

I could also seem him with Suiton to combat Sasuke's Katon, but what-ever.

Naruto's attack.. create it, stabilize it, then throw it. If this was a fashion show showing off shape transformation, Sasuke clearly own that show. Naruto/Sasuke at their prime should be able to use some variation of Yin/Yang release. Not on Hagoromo's level, unless they combined their powers. I mean Naruto's efficienty with Yang restored Kakashi's eyeball, which in term was a variation of COAT.

Now I said this to you before, and I believe you said that the technique came with the seals. But the DataBook already confirmed that the Chibaku Tensei seals were only for Sealing Kaguya, it said nothing about their other powers. Using their right hands is not really a good excuse when that was always their dominant hand.

Mokuton = Rinnegan/Byakugan/Sharingan = KKGs

If Naruto has Hashirama's skill in Mokuton he can easily rival Sasuke's rinnegan without the need of the Avatar or anything like that.

Can you imagine Naruto's wood clones..... his wood clones > his shadow clones. That clone update would be too OP.

The reason I say no COAT is because every time he used it yang seal show on the person he healed. Sadly I don't believe in DB much even tho it's canon it's wrong on some things that the manga tell us/show us. You're probably right tho.

Wouldn't Kamui shurikens be enough to negate Rasenshuriken?

Kamui Shuriens should be enough to negate most techniques aside from IA and TBBRS (and the obvious one's I did not mention)
