Depends on whose SM we're talking about Hashirama in sage mode would possibly beat every EMS user known to manga. However SM Naruto pre war/IT arc would lose to them.

Although in general, for some odd reason body (SM) has been stronger than eyes (ems).

well EMS is better if i was choosing for myself...
as far as hashi vs madara is concerned, well that fight was designed by kishi, not me or anybody else.. EMS could have won with genjutsu but madara didn't use it... with EMS madara should have had a 3rd power which he apparently doesn't, let's assume it was amaterasu or kamui or KA or anything, again madara would have won...
so if it's EMS with 3 techs then it's clearly superior for me...

Returning on thread, no one is better. It depends on who uses those abilities. Naruto, equal/a bit stronger than 3T Sasuke, cannot win against EMS Sasuke. Hashirama, slightly weaker than EMS Madara, completely demolishes him with SM.

Sasuke doesnt have all of itachis abilities,
he doesnt have tsukuyomi, nor does he have the yata mirror and the totsuka blade equipped despite having itachis eyes, instead sasuke has enton, not to mention that madara despite having EMS, his only mangekyo technique shown is susanoo
