Here's what's wrong with your list.
1. Sasuke Uchiha- rogue ninja, selfish, cares more about Uchiha clan than Konoha village.
2. Killer Bee- to childish, couldn't take the job serious, Darui would be better.
3. Obito Uchiha- started a war that killed thousands of shinobi, rogue ninja.
3. Orochimaru- pure evil, self-centered, rogue ninja, selfish, experimented on innocent people, and children, killed a lot of people.
