Competitive Pokemon x and y?

[C0R0NA]

So I recently bought pokemon x and y and a 2ds . To be honest I thought it would be way harder since the last pokemon game I played was pokemon fire red. I heard about competitive and I wanted to know if any of you guys or gals could tell me a solid team I can use? I also need to know how to breed and what is iv stuff. I'm confused about that aswell. Last thing if any of you would like to play against me or help me by giving me some pokemon you can add me my fc:0490-6931-7908. You don't have to give me pokemon it's just if you want. Also thank you to everyone who can help me with this little situation of mine that I have and last but not least have a nice day

I'm not gonna build your team, because i can't tell you what to use, but i can tell you all about EV training and IV breeding.
