1) Madara is in control
2) Any sword that could level 3 mountain's would severely damage any bijuu
3) Perfect Susanoo can always be repaired effortlessly if damaged unlike the bijuu4) While using PS, Madara can still do techniques like Katon from inside
5) The 8 tails suffered much damage from another bijuu's head butt <<< PS sword
6) Madara is too much of a boss and would pwn any bijuu, but the discussion is PS not madara
7) All the bijuu are too slow to avoid Damage
8) Non of the bijuu have any defense mechanism besides body parts.

However, Sasuke and Naruto will be equals in the end. I believe Sasuke's susanoo will be more powerful than current Madara's.

Were talking about bijuu's here, not jinchuriki.
Bijuu's have proven (as you correctly stated) to be able to heal their jinchuriki but it's not instantaneous. They have however NOT proven to beable to heal them selves "on the spot" for example - 8 tails with head butt.

Am not saying they cant, am just saying it's not instantaneous and it wouldn't happen anytime during the fight.

It could've been the 6-Tails because it's the "average" Bijuu based on power.
It could've been the 9-Tails because it's the Bijuu that Madara fought so he has experience with its power.

Well it depends on Edo Madara, atm Naruto's BM still would get beaten by Edo Madara.

All Susanoo's are different, why would you assume that Sasuke's would be the same as Madara's? It's obvious that his is going to get bumped up because of plot, Kishimoto isn't supid enough to make the main antagonist's power seem underwhelming when compared to someone who is not the main character's rival.

Naruto and Sasuke will be the two strongest ninjas bar the Sage when they come to fight; that is an irrefutable fact. Naruto will = Sasuke, and Sasuke > Madara (unfortunately, though this should be EMS Madara, not Edo MadaraHashiramafusionmonster). Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo will be > Madara's in power whether you like it or not. If Naruto's Bijuu Mode will be equal to Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo, and Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo will be greater than Madara's interms of power, it logically follows that Naruto's Bijuu Mode > Madara's Perfect Susanoo in power (which we can see when we compare Susanoo's destructive force with that of a tired Naruto's Bijuu Dama).

Depends on what Bijuu we are talking about. Its true that PS strenght is overwhelming, but same can be said about Kurama. Afterall, it was described as creature being able to destroy a mountain with a swing of its tail and its not just empty hype.

From my point of Naruto has advantage here, simply becuase he has more limbs. With them Naruto can bind Madaras PS preventing it from attacking and defending. Im not saying that Madara wouldnt stand a chance, though.
