Comparing Naruto to Goku/Vice Versa

Am I the only one who thinks comparing Goku and Naruto is absolutely pointless and stupid?

It just pisses me off how people say "oh ya , goku poops on everyone in narutoverse".

Really? I could just make up my own character and make him more overpowered than goku. it's like comparing us humans to spongebob of the sort.

I don't even get the logic behind comparing goku to everyone else outside of dragon ball/dragon ball z.

Long story short, I wish people would stop comparing characters from a series to a totally different series.

Also a side note, i like how the comments on pictures (like the picture i linked you guys to) everyone talks smack about how terrible naruto is and how naruto was ripped off of dbz. it's called inspiration Also, most of them probably never even watched or read naruto to begin with. Imo, naruto is a better series overall. I mean, naruto has a much better plot and a better storyline.

I'm not annoyed by this. You don't seem to get it. That's the fun of it. Comparing characters from other series together is one of the most popular fascinations you can imagine. I mean, just to sit here and think,

Man, what would it be like if Yusuke Urameshi fought Ichigo, since they both fight in spirit forms.

Or the debate, EVERYONE talks about, but it's just been settled recently, Goku vs Superman.

We just seem to find amusement and interesting debates comparing characters together, which is why I can't stand that threads, concerning these debates are "not allowed". That's bs, people compare characters all the time.
