Not true.
1. It takes two frogs to do the jutsu
2. It take about five minutes to take effect.

Sasuke Genjutsu is instance. It may be stronger but not superior.

until his jutsu is explained naruto is faster. also madara was even paying attention to sasuke. sasuke snuck him at the last minute while mdara was paying full attention to naruto

Understandable but Sasuke was praise by Madara. The same guy that made the guy who praise naruto look like fodder in the speed department.
