That's not how it works.
It's a powerful jutsu, but, EVERY JUTSU HAS A WEAKNESS, your lord and saviour Itachi told you that.

No.
The sharingan can see chakra, let's use some examples.

This is wrong.
The sharingan CANNOT see someones chakra instantly, it is NOT the Byakugan.
if the person the Sharingan user is looking for is shrouded in Chakra mist, he CANNOT locate him, as his chakra is ALL through the air, making him 'invisible' the the uchiha. ( as proved in Kakashi VS Zabuza )

Amaterasu is instant kill.
Nope. Amaterasu isn't an instant kill technique, more people have survived it than been killed.
it ignites whatever the user is looking at, in most cases, this is your clothes. any high leveled sensory ninja can also sense the use of Amaterasu before it's used ( Like nagato did ), and creating a mud wall/Going out of sight is a sure way to stop this.

Sharingan grants superior taijutsu.
No, not at all.
It grants improved sight, they can SEE the taijutsu coming towards them more easily than those without it can, it doesn't mean your body is going to instantly counter, and it certainly doesn't make you any faster/stronger.
take Lee kicking Sasukes ass as a prime example, Sasuke saw it coming, but he couldn't do anything about it.

Uchiha 1 is looking for someone with his chakra, he is in an open field and said shinobi is hiding behind a rock, he doesn't instantly turn and look at the rock, he scans the area and MIGHT notice some chakra in that general area, he investigates and find the shinobi.
Uchiha 1 is standing in a mist created by chakra, he is looking for the caster and turns instantly 230 degreese and shoots him in the face with amaterasu instantly.
