A: Kishimoto originally setup the three sannin to be equal within the group. It was based on an old rock paper scissors game in Japan where the snake is afraid of the slug, the slug is afraid of the toad, and the toad is afraid of the snake. That is why they are all equal. This was the original intentions of kishimoto.
2: The byakugan vs sharingan vs rinnegan
A: The byakugan has the deepest perceptions of chakra of the three dojutsu's. The byakugan can not only see the flow of chakra but see the chakra circulation system, and the color. The sharingan can see the flow of chakra and the colour. The rinnegan cannot see the chakra network or color or even the flow of chakra. The rinnegan cannot see the flow of chakra or anything similar.
3: Hashirama and Tobirama were weak when revived.
A: In part 1, the power scaling was very different. When the fight happened in part 1, it looked amazing compared to any fight that did happen and happened throughout part 1. By todays standards, the fight looks pathetic in comparison to lets say kakashi, ino, choji, and shikamaru vs hidan and kakuzu. That fight in comparison blows it out of the water. However power scaling has evidently changed. Hashirama has new techniques that kishimoto thought of along with tobirama. Does that make that fight completely irrelevant and not count as them using their full abilities? No it does not, in kishimotos mind he wanted to show the hokages to their fullest potential that he can conceived. This isn't meant to stir up a hiruzen vs hashirama debate as I do believe hashirama is stronger but hiruzen can beat him.
4: Tobi is stronger then pain
A: Tobi stated in the manga that pain was truly the strongest in akatsuki. Although he does have hax with spacetime jutsu, the rinnegan is clearly superior. Even zetsu was in dismay and shocked that even with low chakra that pain could be defeated. The rinnegan is clearly superior to the space time jutsu although if we do a comparison of tobi now, I do believe tobi would win as he has both the rinnegan, its powers, and the sharingan.
5: Sasuke's EMS granted him a new power.
A: Sasuke's EMS as evident so far has not granted him a new power. Other then his susanoo looking completely different and shooting amaterasu arrows, a new unique power has yet to be seen. Even with Madara we have not seen a unique power other then susanoo.
6: Susanoo does not require Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi.
A: The 3rd Databook has stated that it requires both Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi in order to achieve susanoo. Yes sasuke has tsukoyomi, when sasuke was talking with tobi in the manga when we woke up from his fight, it was said that itachi transferred his powers unto sasuke. Now I do understand it does say genjutsu whenever sasuke uses it, but I simply cannot believe that its just genjutsu until its stated sasuke does not have tsukoyomi. Even danzo said his version is weaker then itachi's, as itachi could control time with his.
7: Edo tensei was perfected by kabuto.
It was stated that edo tensei was completed and finished by orochimaru. The misconception here is that kabuto stated he can control more then the prior users and thus it was not perfected. But from what we have seen, kabuto needs a lot of chakra to maintain the edo tensei's control as seen when he takes orochimaru's chakra from anko and that strengthens his control.

I have checked through the wikia and re-read manga pages/databooks I have in my possession and scans online.
