Common Misconception: MS Sasuke is not stronger than Gaara

Sasuke outclassed Deidara in every way. And the man had to commit suicide in order to have a chance at taking Sasuke with him.

Plus, Sasuke wasn't serious or didn't have any killing intent.

Madara has nothing to counter them with, that is why he got dragged out. Sasuke's Nagashi is just an electrical jolt that either surrounds him or he can send it running on the ground. If he can make one before Bee stabbed him after he deflected his sword with his own Raiton sword - a very very short window - then I don't see how this is a matter of impossibility.

Gaara can casually defend against Amaterasu. Raikage and Sasuke didn't even notice his sand until after it blocked their attacks

This scan alone proves the speed of sand is faster than that of Ei's leg moving, and Amaterasu flames. A large mass of sand successfully interferes right before they're practically touching each other

The scans provided in this thread do nothing to prove against that notion. Gaara moved sand toward Sasuke, Sasuke shot Amaterasu, then commented on how his defense was still absolute.

If you actually look close, you'll see the shunshin symbol is on the sand, and it's a wall forming from a stream of sand to the right- suggesting it was actually Gaara capturing the flames.

I see you stopped short of introducing Sasuke's Susanoo....wonder how Gaara would fare against that. Another biased post by another Naruto c*ck suxker.

I'm comparing Sasuke to the end of part 2 Gaara, obviously Gaara in the "Last movie" is going to be stronger then MS Sasuke.

Madara's low level susanoo cut threw Gaara's sand statue and Onoki's stone statue together so I think Sasuke's susanoo sword would get past Gaara's sand defense at close range.

Gaara needed Onoki to lighten his sand in order for him to get Madara out of his susanno and Madara was distracted by fighting fodder ninja. I doubt Gaara would be able to get Sasuke out of his susanoo as he would be to busy blocking susanoo's attacks.

I would bet on MS Sasuke winning 1 on 1 providing they are not in a desert. In a desert Gaara has the advantage but his chances of winning lessen if he lets Sasuke get close.

Sasuke could fly on his hawk to get close to Gaara so he may be able to beat Gaara in a desert by jumping off his hawk onto Gaara with his susanoo active.

At long range Sasuke could fly around and fire arrows at Gaara in order to get close to him. It all depends on if Sasuke can get close enough to Gaara and slice through his sand before Gaara creates a huge sand wall with the sand in the desert.
