You should also do the misconception that edos have an infinite chakra supply. That's just wrong.

Exactly. People believe that an edo can spam and spam in a single battle without running out of chakra ever. That is not the truth. They're capacity for chakra tops off at a certain point, which can regenerate over time. People however do not understand this.

They can use any technique in which they have the chakra for while alive. However they can not use more chakra than their max, but can use that amount an unlimited amount of times.

That's kinda what I'm saying. In reality, an edo is like a regular person who cannot die. They CAN deplete their chakra levels. It's just that they can replenish them as well, and when they fully run out, they don't die.

I'm saying that their chakra does not deplete. It remains at the level they had in life. So for instance, Edo nagato could not make a Chibaku tensei as big as the moon, because he doesn't have enough chakra reserves, BUT he could use chibaku tensie infinitely, and as many times as he wants, because his chakra reserves do not deplete.

Ah. Well there I must disagree with you. Their chakra certainly depletes. I mean, where would the new chakra come from? It always has to come from somewhere.

We don't know. But no Edo has ever talked about losing chakra. Not itachi after 9 MS techs, not nagato after fighting naruto, bee, and itachi. Not madara after what must be hours of fighting the kages by now. The only mention of chakra was Mu who's chakra was cut in half when he split his body meaning he had infinite access to half of his chakra, and the techniques he could use with half of his chakra only.
