Commenting

Guys, this isnt about sigs/avatars.
This is about commenting.

When i joined this forum, i noticed that lots of ppl comment like ``Cool,bro`` ``nice sig`` ``+rep to u, good job`` Something like that.

Dont comment like that guys..Help people to improve, give much C&C, say to the guy who posted the sig , what can he improve in it.
Commenting like this may result as improving in GFX.

Ummmm why isnt he on topic, he talks about judging or commenting on arts posted in Design Hall so it belongs to the same section, if not it should be stickied in the design hall

What i mean is it is off topic because in this part of the forum you are basically supposed to Show your skills with Photoshop/Paint Shop Pro or discuss about designing.and it is on topic because you are talking about designing but remember this is mostly to show you Photoshop/Paintshop ideas
