There on problem there, these shows they get aired on TV, so even though people don't watch it online or pirate, they get to see it on TV. For some people watching it on TV is enough.

I watched all the episode of Dragon ball, Dragon ball Z and Dragon ball GT on TV, doesn't mean I pirated it.

You pirated(Not talking about DBZ), shows aren't simply produced for your entertainment. Making money to make more material & gettting something out of what they make is part of it as well. Naturally you wouldn't be able to take their creations and finish an entire series and not pay a penny, but thanks to the internet you can do that now. There's a reason people don't post entire chapters of Viz for everyone to see, it's simply wrong.

There are legal website you can watch anime, I believe crunchyrole is a legal website and as for hulu it is legal but only viewable for the USA.
