Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

You will then release from your mouth, several dragon head-shaped fire balls, which are quite dense as opposed to the normal fireball. Can that first technique be used by summons or allies, or is it just shadow clones? Also, since there are 3 people spitting out, does it have any sort of boost in power in relation to other A ranks, or is it just a really bad technique?

As for the second, pretty badass would be the one that can actually deflect it!

For the first, it's only similar to a paper bomb on the fact that it detonates, right? Not in terms of power, or else it would be really weak. As for the second, does it require 2 people ( same question for the water jutsu, btw ). And I don't have wind, so I might not use it. As for the third, shame it obstructs my vision, but, other than that, pretty simple and useful.

It's a shame about the handseals, makes me want to use other techniques with less of them. But it's good nonetheless.
