Tobi available for first 2 fights. If Tobi was in third fight, it would be a massacre. Tobi with Rinnegan, but no beasts.

Second Combo: Mix and Match

3rd Raikage
2nd Mizukage

Third Combo: Mix and Match

4th Raikage

Please try to answer all three scenarios and give reasons why. I put 6 people in the last Kage combo as I think Gaara's father and 4th Raikage are relatively weaker than all other Kages we've seen (apart from Tsunade)

If you put Tobi up there, I'd say Akatsuki 2nd and 3rd, but the first team is just too OP.
Nagato took an entire village with his paths ( wait does he have the paths in this match up ) , Itachi... no explaining needed for him, all the others are great support, so I say for 2nd and 3rd Match up Akatsuki HIGH difficulty! but as I said the first team are way too OP. But after all this is my opinion xd

akatsuki wins against all combos every single member is kage level except for maybe hidan and konan.and they have the numbers on their side.
