Kotaro was happy that the student knew something about Close Quarters Combat, but he could see that he didnt know a lot but this why the student was here. He was here to learn and he wanted Kotaro to teach him, and he gladly accepted the challenge. Kotaro then begain to speak to DrizztDrizzt stood opposite his teacher and thought of an answer "well Close quarter combat is when you are battling an opponent within close proximity to them this could be anything ninjustu genjustu taijustu, but in this case it would be taijustu, and taijustu within itself is unharmed combat which obviously requires two to be near eachother closely but while having the knowledge of each individual taijustu techniques I haven't got much experience actually putting movements together or ever usually have the chance to put taijustu in use so I wish to better myself within this art"
Kotaro was astounded and the amount of words his student used. the points he touched on were good points. There were some things that Kotaro was gonna touch on.Drizzt listened to Kotaro hearing his words and trying to absorb the knowledge he spoke of, switching his stance Drizzt knew Kotaro was nearly ready to teach him through his fists that was truly the only better way to learn of taijustu but Drizzt wasn't impatient or a fool either having already fighting Kotaro in battle and knowing of his prowess he knew this training shouldn't be taken lightly; Kotaro spoke of four things Drizzt thought on each of them indviudally and thought of a good response to give out of his common knowledge and memory.
Drizzt looked at Kotaro with a soft smile after all this human was different from the others Drizzt sensed this in their spar but he was still uneasy being around one what if other came and gawked at him? betlittled him even this would make Drizzt annoyed but this human didn't seem like that he had pure intentions within him and might even help Drizzt down the line with puring some darkness..
Thinking on the first question Drizzt came up with his answer to the question aswell as the other 3.
"The first question would be the most important as however he acts then you need to think to counter and go on the offensive it would be best to do this in one fluid motion though sometimes its not possible even then a smart experienced taijustu/kenjustu user would know what your next counter would be from his previous attack and would follow up to exploit the weakness of the next move to keep their opponent on their toes and obviously the opponent would have to keep blocking trying to get their counter in so then their opponent is on the defensive.
The second question all depends on what you would think best in the situation so if they was to perform a kick take advantage of this and take their other leg so they he would fall and not be able to follow through with his current motion and landing on the floor which then you could then follow up with your next move but also then the opponent could use the motion of them falling to place their hand on the floor and perform a flip to expose you landing a kick to the back of your head giving you little to no time react.
The third question is kinda a tricky one but it has a simple answer now in my knowledge their is two things that can give each movement power, the first one being just normal and that the power in the punch comes from the shoulder and having quick speed but this isn't all hitting the right points on the opponent would result in the very power of each punch same with a kick, the power of a kick would come from the stance you currently are in and then the bending motion of your knee to perform the kick this would be where your normal power. The second powering being a boost such as anything that increases your momentum so for an example using a burst of an element to make you faster and increasing your momentum which must be transferred so like from a punch the added momentum would result in a larger force meaning more speed and more power.
The fourth question while I explained briefly in my last answer in three the fourth one about the opponent countering, can all be calculated before hand if the two opponents knew eachother well, but still on an general note using a body movement such as a punch the opponent would normally counter with a block and then using his free arm move the incoming hand away with his other wrist leaving the opponent open to strike with his free hand. The opponent then would either block with his free hand and evade and perform a kick at just far away so a punch wouldn't be able to connect though his kick would then go through, so this would mean the opponent would have to either block with his hands, evade or block with his own leg. Now the best here for me would to be use the leg and use the momentum to bring the leg back down from the block to strike the opponent across their head for an example".
Drizzt paused to take a breath as he talked for some time awaiting Kotaro response.
just to make sure you dont make sure you get yourself in trouble when fighting in the battle arena or in the ninja world, it would be best to post this move. it is the move you used but to make sure no one can say that you didnt properly defend a jutsu by using a jutsu.Drizzt stood extending his right hand forward in a palm and this left held back in the same position As the first clone dashed towards Drizzt he waited until the punch was about mid way through its momentum towards him as it did this he lowered himself down; so that his back was lowered Drizzt placed both his hands on the floor using these as leverage for his counter. As Kotaro punch now is about to glide past Drizzt, Drizzt brings his right leg upwards and mimics a skyward spike which Drizzt would push of his hands adding extra force behind his momentum and would send the clone flying upwards a few meters before dispersing and then jumping forward back on to his feet once again. "what you think of that Kotaro?" Drizzt said as he waited for his response.
Its not like I'm new xd I know the rules but just cant wrap my head around taijustu and how to utilise it propley hence why I'm here ^^
also I hope that wasn't too bad?
Seeing that Drizzt was ready for the next exercise. Kotaro then put his hand aside his head before swinging down in a chopping motion like before.I thought I did post that sorry my bad z.z
Drizzt stood and knew that 3/4 points wasn't bad but wasn't full score he wanted to impress Kotaro to show that he was developing but then again nothing comes without effort and this was something that Drizzt knew well. Listening to Kotaro words Drizzt was told to go pick up a weapon he walked over to the pile that he arranged earlier and picked up his clans CW deforming the bows into the swords holding them by his side, walking back over to Kotaro and his clones he stood awaiting for his next lesson he was guessing that he would be kenjustu something that he was well versed in though he probably wasn't at the level Kotaro was. "your next move Kotaro"
In response to Drizzt throwing his left sword towards the clone like a javelin, the clone swings his left out with his right leg following allowing him to reposition his body as he continue to make his powerful spin using the movement to slash behind him handling the cresent of raw chakra.Drizzt saw a distinct advantage this time around with his swords as the clone jumped into the air, Drizzt would change his stance quickly and throw his left sword like a javelin at the clone that was aimed to pierce through his torso specifically his stomach as he began to spin, but also simutansouly in his right hand Drizzt would gather some charka and then bring the sword upwards behind his head and slashing down in front of him expelling a red charka wave horizontally while the clone was dealing with the other sword which was the distraction for him to let his guard down.

Kotaro seen His student his move and successfully counter the clone's follow up. He seen that the student was becoming more and more adept in the art of Close Quarters Combat. Taijutsu and Kenjutsu has been covered. now it was time to move to the next one.Drizzt seeing that the clone countered him throwing his sword at him though this was what Drizzt Add to dictionary though not quite exactly how he imagined but then again Kotaro was extremely skilled and used the momentum to perform his rotational spin. Drizzt sensing this knew that his previous attack would be countered easily, but Kotaro already moved on the offense just as quick Drizzt knew of a technique that would be able to counter this but would leave them at a stalemate swinging his right hand in the same arc that Kotaro just performed and released a line of lighting charka that was going to intercept Kotaro before he reached Drizzt. Exerting the extra charka the lighting charka would split into loads of individual blades of lighting that would pierce through the clone stopping his momentum and causing him to disperse before his blade would reach Drizzt.

With Drizzt advancing towards clone, he would throw 3 shuriken one after the other. the first would come towards the clone's chest where the clone redirected the shuriken to sour upwards by intercepting it with his kunai, all the while keeping an eye on the other two shuriken while they circle around the clone using the sense of hearing he heard the clash of the two shuriken. all the while he can can also see Drizzt coming for him. To avoid the shuriken, allowing the shuriken to fly back to drizzt, the clone makes a backwards summersault while twisting rapidly. This allowed him to falling axe kick the shuriken he previously redirected down to drizzt as he was defending the first shuriken. To finish off Drizzt the clone would come down with the kunai to Drizzt's shoulder.Drizzt felt like he was improving slightly not much but slightly and any progress was worth the time and effort of their training here today, listening to Kotaro praise made Drizzt feel good he liked getting the full marks out of the principles making him feel completely better that he was going to try and replicate on the next task.
Drizzt let a soft smile out "thank you Kotaro and after we finish here ill be ready for all situations in close combat" As Drizzt said this Kotaro began to speak about the next task about utilising ninja tools, taking out three shuriken in his left hand and a kunai in his right Drizzt stood for a moment before he began to run at the clone closing the space between them down (3 meters) before releasing the shuriken at him. The first shuriken was a simple throw and its trajectory was aimed to hit Kotaro in the chest piercing through his heart, the next two was more complicated the second shuriken looks like it would be aimed for hitting Kotaro in his right shoulder though the trajectory of the third would knock into the second shuriken and make it trajectory bend around Kotaro now doing a full 180 degree angle turn and now aimed at the tip of his spinal cord. While at the same time Drizzt would be running at Kotaro wielding the kunai if Kotaro was to turn to block the shuriken Drizzt would pierce him with the kunai through his stomach.
