Coloring mistake?

That's a mangapanda scan....you even see its logo on the page. It's not the same as the VIZ.

I can only read Hiragana, not Kanji.

It says his name on the center right in Hiragana(small letters), and I'm guessing under that is his first name in Kanji(the big bold letters)

The big bold letters are his name, see

the little writing above says something different, my guess is "original artwork by"

Yes those are the ones I meant, the big ones under it also say Kishimoto it says his whole name infact Masashi Kishimoto.
