Can some edit the person's hair and pants black but the ends of his hair light grey and can you also give him the byakugan

Indeed I do make sigs. Also I saw your other thread request, I'll render it and then make a sig for you. Just tell me, do you want any specific size for it and do you want me to use any specific colors and whatnot?
