So yeah I always wanted to watch code geass but here's the problem, I don't like mecha animes/manga And some people told me that it has robots and shit in it?, so my question is does it really have robots? And if yes do they always use them?also I would appreciate if you tell what is it about

Yes it has robots, and I do hate them as well.
Code Geass is still my 3rd fav anime, so watch it.

I really, really hate mecha, but in Code Geass, there are more important things.

yes, it has robots, but its nothing like gundam. it's so good. if you've read/watched death note, lelouch is the ultimate light. it's so good the feels, the surprises. would definitely suggest it.

It has a lot of Mechas, this is how open warfare is done in this show. However, the drama, character development, and the plot all take the spotlight and drive the anime more than the action (which is also very good).

It is about a corrupt Government who has taken control of the world and oppresses the minority through their power. The main character happens upon someone that could give him the ability to start a revolution, and create a world that he deems fit and safe for his little sister. Main themes of the anime are : Fate vs Free Will and "right" vs "wrong." There are others, but these seem to be the most developed.

I typically don't like mechs, but Code Geass is my favorite anime. Even if you don't like mechs, I STRONGLY recommend you check out Code Geass =D

I don't like mecha either but Code Geass really is good.
I watched it, the fighting is mecha only but is is surprisingly good.
And mecha is only for fighting, a major part of the anime is strategy, story and whatnot, not just mecha.

You should watch it, I highly recommend it.

The fighting is mecha, but it doesn't give it a mecha feel. It's more of a strategic anime, and a must watch if you're a Death Note fan. Seeing your sig, you will probably enjoy it.
