Was C.C real name ever revealed ?

I remember after Narita battle on that mountain where Gurren creates a landslide Lelouch and C.C are in a cave after the battle. This happened after C.C uses that memory thing where she touched Suzaku's Lancelot and messed up his mind to save Lelouch.

C.C was half conscious and told Lelouch her name.

That's the only vid I could find I remember the sub version being exactly the same (translation). I'll have to reread the manga and see if search for that scene

That's not a mystery, you see him in the end in the original version.

From what I've heard though is that they cut it out so that the viewer can decide if he's dead or not.
But if you would have to pick the one that's actually true, it's him being alive.
