I would agree with you if this were pertaining to the game mechanics of cod, but in this instance it's about a cinematic scene. In this scene, every single thing is similar, if not the same, in terms of movement and timing. Kind of silly because because cod is a huge franchise yet this is an example of them showing little effort for creativity .-.

I kind of agree with Sir Blades of Chaos.

With a series like Crysis, it's supposed to be an action-adventure sort of series with different abilities and the like. Even Battlefield has it's own adventure motive, however slight.

COD is a straight up shooter, and like most sports games, only but so much can be improved upon each year.

I hate CoD and didn't buy this and bought Battlefield 4 instead, but are you people genuinely this stupid? This obviously isn't Copy & Paste. They did this on purpose to show fans of their older game a little easter egg. If you've played MW2, then you'd realize it was the same scene. IW did this on purpose for their older fans.

Personally Battlefield stages are too big for. I like fast moving action, sharp corners. Most importantly I am not a game creator so I could care less about how real the ground is, I JUST WANT TO KILL.

The stupidity in this thread incredibly high, starting with you Pavoneo. Stop acting as if they forced you to buy and play the game. Obviously they did this on purpose just like Loser said. Like do you really think they would just do this randomly and hope in 1 billion people would not notice this? And its not that they don't want to spend time making a new engine, they clearly said that they are still adapting to the new consoles. This game also wasn't made to have graphics like battlefield. The graphics were made so that even a $500 Pc or laptop could play the game and provide entertainment to a consumer.

If Activision wants a new engine for Call of Duty, they can and they would because "gamers" play for graphics now. If I was Dice, I would not taught the Call of Duty franchise as they could shake the whole industry with the money that they earn from every Call of Duty release. I am not really a fan of Call of Duty but people need to stop this hate on the game. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Simple as that.
