Team 1 Mid-High diff. You've got two of the smartest Bleachverse characters on a team, together. Even without KS, Aizen is still incredibly deadly. He did not once use Kanzen Saimin during his fight with Urahara, Yoruichi and Isshin in FKT, and he still managed to take them all. Urahara's intellect is second to nobody's. His Kido arsenal is arguably greater than Aizen's, he also has quite a versatile Zanpakutou.

Aizen would solo because the only way to beat him is to seal him, if you gave Kenpachi and Royd some sort of sealing method they would win fairly easily.
