In my opinion Cockfighting is completely different to UFC, i dont know why you would compare them. In cockfighting the animals do it because they are trained to, they do not get a choice. In UFC the fighters do chose it as a career path, hell they can forfeit a match if they really want to.

I would say that cockfighting should be illegal not only because it is inhumane, but also notoriously rigged, and is not a fair fight in any case. While UFC is perfectly legitimate, its people pursuing a career that they have chosen. Its their choice whether they want to enter the ring or not.

Thats just my opinion at least.
