This means progression which i personally hoped for, as i want him and smoker to take over the Marines.

Although Helmeppo looks the same XD


I am hoping that Coby in the last couple years has had a change in personality to be more serious with a conviction, and hopefully i still hope some side training from Garp

I know this is going to sound wierd but i really want Coby to bulk up. He is waay to skinny. He needs to lift and get bigger mass and muscles.

Plus he looks weird with a vice admiral coat on because he is too scrawny...

He is a captain, a vice admiral is at least two ranks higher than a captain. In between you still got commodore and rear admiral. Cobi is currently the same rank a Tashigi and the rank Smoker had in Loguetown, though the ranks below vice admiral aren't always a correct representation of the person's strength.
