And you are right, Mugiwara's aren't harming any citizen or stuff like that but that does not mean that Smoker would actually join them. He still has the ambition to stop them/pirates. It's not like he went all Ahh, f*ck my morals and the things I believed in, lets join a pirate crew because my new supervisor is strict. Bullshit I tell you.

no coby is not going to join the SH, his going to pursue his dream to become an admiral like luffy is pursuing his dream to become pirate king. and no he will not be like sengoku or garp, his not strong enough to compete with luffy. smoker on the other hand is on similar lvl but after the timeskip not sure how much of a gap there is. and smoker wont leave the navy either, even though his interested in luffy his not someone to leave the navy nor is he going to leave zoro's gf (forgot her name..smokers apprentice).

my guess is magma brat and his way of justice will be wiped out towards d end of one piece, somebody like aokiji will be the leader, coby can be admiral and the end of pirate era will come with luffy becoming the pirate king

he said that he wanted to become an admiral some day (to luffy) and now aokiji left and akainu is the leader there are 2 empty space for admirals one of those blanks is filled by smoker we know that but there is still one place to be filled it will be either somebody other than coby (this theory is %99 possible) or it will be coby (%1 possible)
Why/Why not coby?:
-Just 2 years if he doesn't eat a Logia DF then it will be almost impossible
-Garp trains him he must be good enough
