I find it weird that in such a short amount of time he's going to climb up above Zoro and Sanji, but at least he looks so much better thsn his first introduction..he'll somehow end up as an Admiral with Smoker...maybee with the third being Sentomaru?!

Nope. If Goda intended for him to be a DF user, he could've let Sengoku train him. There's a reason Garp is. And that's one of them.
