Chakra really isn't a problem. Full Kurama is basically like half of the Juubi, adding on Naruto's own massive reserves and the Bijuu's chakra (if you want to count Hagoromo's Yang which gave him Senjutsu as well), then Naruto treads very closely to Hagoromo's own monster reserves. Hagoromo like CoAT feats aren't out of the question.

Not so much alter reality, but for instance, if he was in a Taijutsu fight and he wanted a weapon, he could just think about it and use said ability, and the weapon would spawn. That's just one of many examples of it.
