What do u do if you have a crappy Co worker who thinks he knows everything and acts like a jackass. And joked at u.
Would u tell him off (strike back)
Note: The Co worker is around 60 years old

Ohhhh, I have a coworker like that but he's 18. But he's pretty full of himself and he thinks he's hilarious too, also hates being told he's wrong. I tell him off every now and then whenever he pushes it too far. I always forgive and don't hold it against him though at the end of the day cause I just don't care enough to hold a grudge. But one of these days man...

I agree with this. It doesn't matter how old the individual is. Proper action should be taken towards those that disrupt and fail to respect other workers.
