No it can't lol. most of the characters are 17 and older and there is no *** implied whatsoever. There has been partial nudity but most anime has that so its not a big deal.

I have to concur, Corpse Party just happens to not revolve around *** and they just happen to be above the age of consent.

The reason anime has bad connotations in the West is because in order to boost popularity anime companies would run stories that 'this japanese cartoon porn is damaging our youth' it created a controversy and it was a publicity stunt that saved the anime industry in this side of the world.
